General Terms & Conditions


  • The ticket charge is for the full journey of the bus irrespective from where you board and get off the bus
  • All timing shown in the ticket, website and the mobile App is indicative and the actual arrival, drop off times and the duration of the journey may differ from timings given here.
  • SLTB has the right to change the scheduled bus without prior notice to the customer.
  • In case of a breakdowns in the middle of a journey, SLTB will make all endeavors to find a replacement bus although it is not guaranteed.
  • In the event of a change in the scheduled bus or in the case of a replacement bus is made available due to a breakdown, the seat arrangement may change and you will be allocated a different seat.
  • Once a ticket is cancelled, the ticket will also be invalid and the bus conductor or driver has the right to refuse you from boarding the bus.
  • Passengers should arrive at the bus halt 30 minutes before the arrival time of the bus.
  • In the case of Passengers boarding a bus from the main starting point of the bus, passengers should board and occupy the reserved seat 15 minutes before the departure time.
  • Passengers who have reserved their seats through the online platform, Mobile App or through the 1315 call center can change their travel date by calling 1315 twelve hours prior to the starting time of the bus.
  • The ticket is issued to the person whose NIC/DL/Passport number is given in the ticket. Should you give the ticket to a third party and if there are more than one claiming the same ticket, the person whose NIC/DL/Passport number in the ticket will be given the seat.
  • Sltb.eseat.lk or any related company will not be responsible for the quality of the bus, the quality of the journey, safety of passengers or the timings of the bus.
  • You should only sit in the seat indicated on your ticket and all busses have their seats numbered.
